Many years ago, the Malverne Merchant & Professional Association brought a country fair to the village.  It was a charming event and well attended.  Several years ago, the Association breathed new life into the event, joining it to the already popular car show, to create the Malverne Fall Festival.  This is a fun packed day, in mid October, where guests can meet and mingle with the local merchants and outside vendors.  There are antique cars, a beer garden, and a pumpkin patch.  Rides and entertainment are also part of the fun.  Not to be missed is the pet parade that processes through the festival.  Pets are dolled up in their Halloween finery.  Another favorite is the dancing display put on by one of our own merchants, Tap2Pointe. They are spectacular!
