This is our first juried show, to be viewed June 14-July 2025 in Malverne
We are proud to announce that our juror will be Holly Gordon, an experienced photographer/artist, teacher, curator, and speaker. Please see attached flyer to learn more about this accomplished artist.

THE SHOW WILL HANG FOR 4 WEEKS, JUNE 14-JULY 10.
Attached is our call for artists graphic, feel free to forward it to your artist friends. We are specifically looking for some sculpture and mixed media this year but of course welcome traditional painting, drawing, photos etc.
ALL SUBMISSIONS ( JPEGs and signed paperwork) MUST BE SENT TOGETHER BY MARCH 24, 2025 THE LATEST.
We do prefer if submissions come in before that date, as our judge will need time to evaluate all.
PAPERWORK:
Please download the PDF and rename it with your name. Example, save as: Maria Casini 2025. You should be able to type in all information, you then have to sign it before sending it back to us.
SUBMITTING YOUR JPEGs:
Please name the JPEGs Category and title of piece only. Example: Painting/A walk on beach DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME ON THE JPEGs
By April 12 the juror will determine the winners of ribbons and the best in show award. The chamber will determine who/what pieces will be included for the overall show. We will email you with award news as well as date/place for drop off for the accepted pieces.
NOTE:
The submission fee is $30 for the 3 pieces you submit. THIS FEE MUST BE PAID TO BE CONSIDERED. No additional fees after this submission fee. Please send a check to the Malverne Chamber of Commerce. In the notes, please have your name and Art Walk.

- March 24 Final submission day
- April 14 Notification of ribbons and acceptance
- April 28 Save the dates, flyers, invitations will be sent to you to use as promotion
- May 9 Drop off date in Malverne (place and exact date to be confirmed)
- June 14 Kick-off party at the Malverne Library 11:00am (live music, champagne and more)
- July 12 Pick up art
